Several current certificates can move on one application. Companies often hold ISO 9001 with ISO 14001, or ISO 9001 with ISO 45001, sometimes issued by two different bodies. One application can name each standard and mark each one as a transfer.
Why move them together?
Shared processes are already shared. Internal audit, competence, document control, and corrective action often serve more than one standard. Reviewing that evidence once is calmer than hosting two transfer projects a few weeks apart, and the surveillance years that follow can be one programme.
The certificates SMG can issue after the review are the ones on its accreditation: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO 22301, ISO 37001, and ISO 21001, in the editions on the partner page. A certificate outside that list can still be named. The offer says if it cannot be issued under this accreditation. The boundary is in which certificates can transfer.
What stays separate inside one application?
Each certificate still has its own scope, its own expiry date, and its own open findings. A clean ISO 9001 file does not clear an open major finding on ISO 45001. One standard can transfer while another has to be audited as a new certification. The offer should show that split, with the days visible, rather than one blended line.
How a combined system is sampled in an ordinary audit is in several systems, one application. A transfer uses the same idea. Shared evidence is read once. Evidence that belongs to one standard stays with that standard.
How does the offer read?
Add a block for each certificate on the application. For each one, choose Transfer from another body and paste the scope from the current certificate. Include headcount and sites. IAF Consultancy replies with one written offer that names each scope, the timing, and the price.
Each certificate has its own expiry date, and each transfer has to finish while that certificate is valid. One offer shows the tightest date. IAF Consultancy audits. SMG issues each certificate the decision supports.
